a. AI Services

You may not use BixBrain’s AI systems to:

b. Blockchain & Web3

Blockchain transactions are public and immutable. By using BixBrain’s blockchain services, you acknowledge:

• Transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed.

• You are solely responsible for managing your wallets, private keys, and assets.

• BixBrain is not liable for lost access credentials, misdirected transactions, or third-party platform failures.

Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UK and United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
